Odd USB WiFi problem

Hello,

when I open my web browser and try to go to just about any web page the page fails to load. Sometimes I get a partial, poorly formatted page, sometimes I get a blank window. It's behaving like if you were connected to a public network in a busy area, where the signal is strong but the internet bandwidth behind it is poor and pages just won't load. Oddly, the original Belkin N300 usb adapter still works fine when I plug is back in, just none of the new ones do. It seems clear that it's a PC issue since other laptops and devices on the network are sailing along just fine. The PC in question is running Windows 7 and I didn't change anything on it other than the USB network card. No local firewalls or other security software are running. I've tried various USB ports on the PC, 2.0 and 3.0, and there's no change regardless of where I plug it in. Any thoughts here?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
